Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Prior nursing management experience in long-term care is required.
- Experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility or as a Director of Health and Wellness in an assisted living community is applicable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day care of assisted living residents.
- Onboard and train newly hired staff.
- Coordinate schedules for all care staff and L1MAs.
- Oversee day-to-day regulatory compliance.
- Ensure residents receive individualized care based on their needs and preferences.
