  • Demonstrate stress management, rigor, the ability to make rapid decisions, and clinical autonomy.
Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor and clinically assess patients with compromised vital functions, and provide complex care.
  • Accurately interpret cardiorespiratory monitoring parameters and adjust advanced interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary medical team during resuscitation and critical emergencies.
  • Provide compassionate and professional support to families of patients hospitalized in critical care.
