Position Overview: This position supports the anticipated U.S. Marine Corps Program Office Support effort at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant runs the daily administrative processes that keep a Marine Corps program office moving, reporting to the Administrative Officer and supporting Government leadership in a cleared environment. Anticipated Start Date: December 2026, contingent upon contract award.

Position Responsibilities:

• Populate and deliver the program Morning Report every workday
• Actively manage Government Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager calendars, flagging schedule conflicts early and confirming conference rooms
• Review travel requests in the Defense Travel System (DTS) against requirements before routing for approval; process travel orders and vouchers
• Submit Defense Information System for Security (DISS) visit requests and System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms accurately the first time
• Review, route, track, and consolidate external taskers in ETMS2 with recommendations for Program Manager approval
• Move action items through the Action Tracking Database with status posted to the program SharePoint site
• Run new employee check-in as a repeatable checklist: seat, phone, portal roster, and supplies
