  • At least 2 years of experience in agentic, LLM, and generative AI.
  • At least 4 years of coding experience using Python.
  • At least 2 years of experience architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
  • At least 4 years of coding experience in engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing solutions and applications.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an industry machine learning architect designing big data, machine learning, and large-scale analytical engineering solutions.
Responsibilities

  • Lead stakeholder workshops to align on technical feasibility, define project scope, and manage expectations with clients and leadership.
  • Drive technology selection, evaluating build-versus-buy decisions for AI platforms and foundation models.
  • Architect model- and tool-agnostic multi-agent systems governed by an MCP Control Plane.
  • Design and implement the Agent Registry as the mandatory system of record and the AI Gateway for runtime policy enforcement.
  • Design and implement a certification gate to ensure no uncertified agents enter production, validating identity, policies, and evaluation metrics.
  • Design, implement, and abstract core agent services, including an abstracted memory service with semantic, episodic, and procedural endpoints.
  • Architect the end-to-end data pipeline for AI systems, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and synchronization for fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Design and implement the context layer, spanning knowledge graphs, vector search, and semantic retrieval, to create reliable, grounded RAG pipelines.
  • Architect foundation model adaptation strategies, including dynamic, cost- and performance-aware model routing and selection.
  • Design, implement, and prototype high-throughput, low-latency inferencing solutions using response caching and request batching.
  • Define security, governance, and observability as centrally enforced, by-design controls for all AI systems.
  • Architect a defense-in-depth security framework, including per-agent identity with IAM/IAP binding and layered guardrails.
  • Design and implement FinOps controls enforced at the AI Gateway, including token budgets, cost-center labeling, and threshold alerts.
  • Establish a framework for comprehensive system evaluation, adopting productized tools and instrumenting observability with OpenTelemetry (OTel).
  • Define and maintain the enterprise-wide AI reference architecture, reusable design patterns, and a library of approved software components.
  • Independently design, implement, build, and deliver proof-of-concept prototypes and foundational software components to validate architectural decisions.
  • Produce and own authoritative architecture artifacts, including blueprints, sequence diagrams, design specifications, and Architectural Decision Records (ADRs).
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional engineering teams across data, machine learning, and application development on architectural best practices and design patterns.
  • Research and integrate emerging AI patterns, frameworks, and technologies to maintain a forward-looking architecture.

Accenture shares up 77% from June low as Oct. 14 Investor Day nears

Accenture will hold an Investor Day on October 14, where it is expected to detail its long-term strategy, AI monetisation plans, growth guidance, and margin expansion goals. The event follows a rebound in its shares after fears that AI would erode traditional consulting work. The stock hit a low of $118.15 in June, down from a January high of $291.09. It has since gained nearly 77%, helped by fourth-quarter results on October 1 and an expanded collaboration with Dell Technologies. Fourth-quarter revenue rose 6% to $18.7 billion, and new bookings reached $22.2 billion. Accenture expects fiscal 2027 revenue growth of 3% to 6% in local currency. It raised its quarterly dividend by 5% to $1.71 per share, payable November 13, 2026. Its market capitalisation is about $139.6 billion.

TM Forum and Accenture launch industry's first AI trust certification for telcos

TM Forum has launched a multi-year Trustworthy AI programme with Accenture to help telecoms deploy autonomous operations with verifiable trust standards. The initiative will deliver the industry's first Trustworthy AI Governance Certification, providing a benchmark for trusted AI deployment. Recent TM Forum research found that whilst 72% of communications service providers believe their AI capabilities are trustworthy, only 14% can verify their claims. The programme aims to transform AI trust from aspiration into measurable operational capability. The certification will help organisations assess governance maturity, workforce readiness, and operational accountability needed to scale AI autonomously. It will operate through TM Forum's AI-Native Collaboration Studios, where telecoms operators, vendors, and partners will contribute real-world use cases to shape the framework.

Accenture surges 17% on Q4 beat with $18.7B revenue, but analyst warns stock fully priced at 15x forward earnings

Accenture shares surged 17% on Thursday after reporting strong fourth-quarter results. The company posted revenue of $18.7 billion, up 6% year-over-year, while earnings per share jumped 46% to $3.29. Management's full-year revenue growth forecast of 4.5% exceeded analyst expectations of 4%. Net bookings rose 4% to $22.2 billion. The company plans to return at least $9.5 billion to shareholders this financial year. However, TD Cowen analyst Bryan Bergin maintained a hold rating, citing concerns that the stock is fully priced at 15 times forward earnings. He cautioned that one strong quarter may represent a cyclical bounce rather than structural growth acceleration. Despite this, Wall Street remains optimistic, with a "moderate buy" consensus rating. Accenture currently offers a 3.05% dividend yield.
