JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Program Manager [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

Automated Reporting & Insights: Develop automated reporting capabilities to support HR strategy and workforce planning. The ProSidian Engagement Team shall implement automation and self-service capabilities to reduce manual reporting and recurring requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager | Data Management & Business Intelligence - Automated Reporting & Insights [NSF0124124]

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

Automated Reporting & Insights: Develop automated reporting capabilities to support HR strategy and workforce planning. The ProSidian Engagement Team shall implement automation and self-service capabilities to reduce manual reporting and recurring requests.  Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate Automated Reporting & Insights delivering Data Management & Business Intelligence - Automated Reporting & Insights through Lead automation | manage reporting | ensure outcomes.  Further, they Oversee reporting automation initiatives, manage stakeholders, ensure delivery of automated solutions.

Program Manager Professionals typically cover Automated Reporting & Insights Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines and serve as Senior lead/architect/manager scope with enterprise influence, independent judgment, and responsibility for cross-functional delivery or strategy..  They Lead delivery for the Automated Reporting & Insights workstream; manage schedule, staffing, risks, issues, stakeholder coordination, and performance against SLAs/KPIs; ensure technical, functional, and compliance deliverables are integrated and ready for NSF OCHCO/OCIO use.
