Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a creative producer within an agency and/or in-house team
  • Portfolio with creative, relevant work
  • Experience managing junior team members
  • Awareness of production partners and the landscape of directors, DPs, editors, post production houses, etc.
  • Comfortable working on high-investment projects as well as small scrappy shoots
  • Media and cultural savvy
  • Adaptable to different working styles, mindsets, and personalities
Responsibilities
  • Bring creative ideas to life
  • Deliver across multiple production disciplines including photography, commercial + video production, and experiential activations
  • Develop production timelines and manage schedules
  • Source and lead interaction with directors and production partners
  • Find creative production approaches for social assets and other lower-funnel paid media
  • Manage production budgets
  • Supply commercials to air on time and as per the technical briefs
  • Manage usage and licensing, including talent, music, and VO
