Requirements
  • The candidate should have initial experience at an energy company, network operator, start-up, specialized consultancy, or another dynamic environment, ideally in renewable energy.
  • The candidate should ideally have initial exposure to direct marketing, virtual power plants, metering, or battery-storage control and an interest in developing further in this area.
  • The candidate must communicate professionally, clearly, and in a solution-oriented manner with customers in written and spoken communication, including difficult situations, and collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Tech.
  • The candidate must be able to prioritize effectively, make decisions quickly, and turn ideas into scalable processes with measurable business impact.
  • The candidate must be strongly customer-oriented and act in a service-oriented manner.
  • The candidate must demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative when finding answers through the knowledge base, team, or external parties.
  • The candidate must be proficient with PowerPoint and Excel, able to evaluate data and visualizations confidently, and interested in artificial-intelligence-assisted tools and automation platforms.
  • The candidate must speak German at a native level and have very good English.
  • The candidate should be passionate about renewable energy and contributing to the energy transition.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the complete technical onboarding of new flexibility customers into the virtual power plant and initiate their inclusion in electricity supply and direct marketing.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process from data collection through coordination with all relevant parties.
  • Take ownership of defined processes along the customer journey and independently drive assigned topics forward.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Operations, and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent customer experience.
  • Improve processes to make operations future-proof, efficient, and precise, including rethinking processes as the company grows and expands into new markets.
  • Identify challenges early, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve quality and efficiency.
  • Independently manage ongoing customer connections and serve as the reliable team contact for defined process steps.
  • Build effective relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and take ownership of projects that implement concrete process improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in renewable energy is preferred.
  • Initial exposure to direct marketing, virtual power plants, metering, or battery-storage control is preferred.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
