Assistant Manager Sales Support
About the job
- Manage procurement of rates from airlines and agents and coordinate with concerned parties for RFQ submission.
- Procure rates and accurately submit responses for spot-shipment rate enquiries.
- Support local customer enquiries and pass them to the Sales Team.
- Create customer codes and set up credit terms.
- Manage internal and customer complaint relations related to sales.
- Make customer calls to generate sales and sales leads.
- Support incoming sales leads to generate sales.
- Close sales enquiries from local and overseas offices.
- Support assigned sales personnel by generating quotations in the system for closed business.
- Support the closure of quotations secured by other locations in the system.
- Manage presentation materials for the Sales Team.
- Qualify all sales leads and market intelligence from Product Managers and promote them to the Sales Team.
- Assist the DM in sales procurement.
