Responsibilities
  • Make outgoing calls, emails, texts, and chats professionally.
  • Explain insurance benefits and answer policy questions clearly.
  • Assist clients with claims, policy updates, and general support.
  • Build client relationships through customer service.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and consultations from a home office.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals.
