- Maintain food quality and guest satisfaction according to restaurant standards.
- Clean, receive, prep, and stock product before, after, and during service.
- Maintain sanitary food-handling practices according to restaurant standards and the Health Code.
- Interact positively with guests and fellow team members, assisting them promptly and using a hospitality approach in all communication.
- At least 1 year of line cook experience is a plus; training and growth will be provided.
