About the job
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in HRTech consulting.
- Multi-module expertise with proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is required.
- Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
- A proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
- Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules.
- Define integration architecture and advise on HRTech ecosystem alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Guide clients through HR process re-engineering and technology adoption.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including demos, effort estimation, and solution proposals.
- Represent the delivery capability in key client conversations and RFP responses.
- Oversee quality, scope, and risk across complex delivery programs.
- Resolve critical project issues in partnership with senior stakeholders.
- Develop delivery frameworks, intellectual property, tools, and methodologies for the practice.
- Mentor Lead Consultants and drive internal knowledge sharing.
- Define competency standards and learning pathways for the consulting practice.
- Advise on strategic platform usage, architecture, and enterprise process design.
- Create solution blueprints and drive design innovation across modules.
- Manage delivery margins, resourcing, and scope risk.
- Lead integration architecture across multiple systems and vendors.
- Advise at C-suite level with confidence and impact.
- Anticipate issues and develop systemic solutions.
- Manage executive-level discussions professionally.
- Drive multi-stakeholder alignment across functions and geographies.
- Influence through storytelling, clarity, and executive presence.
- Follow escalation protocols and defuse high-stakes situations.
