- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine Traba's field strategy for conferences and tradeshows
- Own lead generation and pipeline targets
- Manage end-to-end event campaigns, from vetting to post-event analysis and pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, promotion, deliverables, and tactics align with event goals
- Partner with Sales, Growth Marketing, and key stakeholders to align event goals and post-event learnings
- Collaborate with Finance on budget, pipeline, and resource forecasting
- Provide onsite event management as needed
