Automotive Master Technician - Flex Team

The role covers changing ATU locations in the surrounding Leipzig area, with occasional overnight stays away from home.
About the job
- A completed master craftsman examination in the automotive technician trade or a comparable trade is required.
- Practical experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and vehicle repairs is required.
- The candidate must be physically fit for standing and walking for up to eight hours per day.
- A German Class B driving licence is required.
- The candidate must independently organize routes and travel times.
- The candidate must be willing to stay overnight away from home occasionally.
- Candidates should have experience as an automotive master technician or as an automotive mechatronics technician with master qualification.
- Support workshop teams with their daily operations and technical challenges at changing ATU locations in the regional area.
- Provide technical support during diagnostic and repair work.
- Share technical knowledge with colleagues and apprentices.
- Perform hands-on operational work in the workshop.
- Work five days per week from Monday through Saturday in an early and late shift two-shift system.
- Complete structured onboarding in the Flex Team before assignments at regional locations.
