- Professional experience in technical sales for heating and climate technology or heat supply.
- Strong technical understanding sufficient to present heating and climate technologies clearly and solution-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Confident appearance and target-group-oriented communication.
- Structured working style and ability to quickly recognize business relationships.
- Skilled negotiation of commercial terms and commitment to achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel.

- Manage defined key accounts in field sales, focusing on energy suppliers, municipal utilities, and energy service providers in the northern sales territory.
- Analyze customer potential, derive strategies and concrete measures, and implement them.
- Expand the energy-provider business by acquiring new key accounts and developing existing customer relationships in cooperation with branches.
- Negotiate framework agreements and offers, define commercial conditions with branches, and actively support customer development in field sales.
- Advise customers on the technical conception of projects and the introduction of new products.
- Use gathered customer information to support Buderus's sustainable business success.
- Develop strong relationships with important decision-makers in the target group.
- Represent the Buderus brand at customer sites and relevant events.
- Deliver presentations that highlight specific customer value.
