Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other relevant fields; M.B.A. degree a plus.
  • 10+ years in FP&A or equivalent function with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive financial modeling and analysis experience and a deep understanding of key accounting principles.
  • Strong knowledge of various financial reporting systems and data analysis tools.
  • Experience working at a public company, as well as integrating acquisitions into FP&A and reporting processes.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary to present financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  • The ability to build collaborative partnerships with functional leaders.
  • Highly detail oriented with an aptitude for learning on the job quickly.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for the FP&A function, setting overall goals and priorities and ensuring the team’s alignment to organizational objectives.
  • Develop and oversee the financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, ongoing forecasting throughout the year and longer-term planning.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management, including variance and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental G&A budgets.
  • Own reporting and presentations that are used by senior management and the board of directors.
  • Partner with Accounting, External Reporting and the Investor Relations functions to provide reporting and analysis to support investor and public reporting needs.
  • Lead the continual improvement of budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the company, including management of forecasting and reporting tools, processes and systems.
  • Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
