Requirements
At least 2 years of body shop, collision repair, or related hands-on experience.
Experience with panel repair, replacement, fitting, and alignment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of repairs.
Strong attention to detail and pride in finished workmanship.
Valid driver's license.
Own basic hand tools or willingness to obtain them.
Physical ability to handle shop work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Repair damaged body panels, sheet metal, and vehicle components.
Remove, repair, replace, fit, and align damaged panels and parts.
Perform collision and structural repairs.
Straighten damaged components and restore proper fit and alignment.
Prepare repaired surfaces for refinishing and paint.
Assist with or perform refinishing work based on experience.
Handle teardown and reassembly while keeping parts and hardware organized.
Inspect completed work for fit, finish, alignment, and overall quality.
Work with service writers and shop leadership to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

🧰 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This is hands-on body and collision work where quality matters from teardown to final inspection.
🔹 Repair damaged body panels, sheet metal, and vehicle components

✓ 2+ years of body shop, collision repair, or related hands-on experience
