Requirements
  • 1-2 years of agency or advertising operations experience
  • Experience with measurement or brand safety platforms is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Assist Customer Success team with day-to-day tasks
  • Become a Zefr product expert
  • Assist clients with product implementation and integration
  • Field incoming requests from customers and resolve issues
  • Update and maintain operational systems and CRM
  • Act as a liaison between CSM team and Accounts Receivables & Sales Ops teams
  • Pull and analyze data to create customer insights
  • Work with Zefr's product team to relay customer feedback
