  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in selling media, both static and digital
  • Comfortable with finding and retaining new business

Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with the Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising industry
  • Learn about the assets offered in the New York City market, as well as regional and national markets
  • Shadow phone calls from seasoned team members, practicing approach, pitching Intersection as a company, and learning about client opportunities
  • Prospect and cold call new businesses
  • Build effective relationships with clients from your existing book of business
  • Develop and implement effective market sales and strategies for new business opportunities
  • Secure at least one face to face meeting per day
  • Generate revenue for the company
  • Bring new advertisers to Intersection
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Use research and analysis to create rationale and recommendations for proposed solutions
  • Grow average deal size and client retention rate
