Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 7-10 years HR Systems experience.
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain the HR System and Master Schedule and any other relevant tools designed to track the critical path of the program.
  • Routinely provide an assessment of the program’s progress and risks to senior management.
  • Ensure that all staff are familiar with the terminology and methodology and other relevant concepts of the system.
  • Detail what has been completed and when as well as what has yet to be completed and projected completion dates along with who is responsible for completion in the HR System and Master Schedule.
  • Provide metrics and dashboards designed to provide project status along with relevant budgetary metrics such as burn rate.
  • Provide assessments of all risk management activities and advise on risk mitigation.
  • Advise on follow on activities that may be required to ensure the success of the program.
  • Gather detailed functional requirements related to assigned major system enhancements and new system development.
  • Perform a gap analysis and propose gap resolutions.
  • Evaluate testing strategy for systems testing.
  • Review detail testing cases and processes supplied by supported programs and SI providers, and develop acceptance/exit criteria for completion phase(s); and executive dashboards for major test case categories/scripts including “Risks and Issues” logs to be migrated by program or SI providers.
  • Document all program changes, issues, and resolutions for assigned major system enhancements and new system development.
  • Provide post-migration functional support, responding to issues and working with the team to ensure defects are fixed.
  • Develop and administer a plan for transferring contractor knowledge of business processes to personnel.
  • Develop and administer a plan for transferring subject matter expertise knowledge of our unique human resources processing rules and regulations to personnel.
  • Analyze operational impacts of proposed strategies on business processes and systems.
  • Identify alternatives and analyze associated risks and level of effort, and develop a detailed road map, or path, of activities for achieving a desired strategy.

The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
