Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Make and receive outbound and inbound calls to connect with prospective students and explain CHCP offerings.
  • Schedule and conduct daily interviews and campus tours, arrange entrance assessment completion, introduce prospective students to financial aid, and assess candidates for admission based on career-goal compatibility.
  • Explain healthcare educational programs, expected outcomes, and student services to students, parents, and other support systems.
  • Use phone, interview guides, marketing collateral, and other tools while following national and state rules and regulations.
  • Attend online and on-campus new-hire training and participate in continuous career training.
  • Maintain knowledge of monthly start cycles, enrollment goals, program offerings, entrance requirements, and enrollment policies.
  • Participate in recruitment and enrollment activities such as open houses, local presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, and graduation events.
  • Ask new students for referrals and develop personal leads.
  • Forecast projected new students with the Director of Admissions or campus management.
  • Stay in contact with new students and conduct follow-up meetings with applicants to support their success.
  • Become a registered Admission Representative through the Texas Workforce Commission.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
