Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant position.
  • Be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets or animals.
  • Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Be able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state-accredited training requirements.
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Be able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, including lifting 50+ pounds, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
  • Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at the front desk pertaining to people or property, including packages.
  • Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required.
  • Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record incident data for building and Titan Security management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual ability is considered a plus.
  • Evening, overnight, and weekend availability is required.
