Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize student financial aid plans in accordance with state, federal, accreditation, and institutional policies and regulations.
  • Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding financial aid options based on their acceptance and enrollment status.
  • Deliver guidance on financial aid planning so students understand their options and obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial aid activities to support compliance and audits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies or issues related to financial aid packaging and disbursement.
  • Stay updated on changes to financial aid regulations and policies to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional education in a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CampusVue or a similar student information system is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with and technical knowledge of student financial aid programs is highly desirable.
