A valid driver's license and reasonable driving record are required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least five years of progressive experience in commercial construction supervision is required.
OSHA 30 certification is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint, as well as Bluebeam or Adobe, is required.
The ability to travel as needed is required.
Responsibilities
Assist the project manager and estimating team in creating work plans and critical path method schedules.
Schedule and sequence day-to-day activities and take necessary action to ensure project objectives are met.
Travel to jobsites.
Create and maintain timely, orderly, and efficient project document flow in collaboration with the project manager.
Create, implement, and maintain the site logistics program in collaboration with the project manager.
Manage field teams to ensure high performance, progressive production, and completion of work using the company’s core values.
Meet regularly with the owner and designer to keep them informed of work status and progress.
Ensure that all required permits and licenses are obtained, and cooperate with and direct inspection-agency activities when necessary.
Maintain effective relationships and communications with everyone involved in the project, including the public.
Hold weekly toolbox-talk safety meetings with site staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Time / Salary Range: $100k-$220k depending on experience
