- Be a student in a Foreign Trade Technician program who needs to complete a professional internship.
- Have knowledge of foreign trade processes, imports, and international logistics.
- Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Be available to complete an internship of at least 6 months.
- Have intermediate English skills is listed as a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI is listed as a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP, is listed as a plus.
- Basic knowledge of demand planning and inventory management is listed as a plus.
- Support planning and monitoring of inventories to help prevent overstock and stockouts.
- Track sales projections against actual sales and identify potential deviations.
- Coordinate and track international orders, taking supply lead times into account.
- Communicate and coordinate with international plants, mainly in Portugal.
- Coordinate logistics with warehouses and port operators to facilitate product receipt.
- Prepare and update tracking reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Provide operational support to the team during SAP S/4HANA implementation and testing.
- Intermediate English skills.
