Custom Agri Systems is a family-owned and operated company in West Fargo, ND, looking for an experienced Millwright Foreman to lead our crews and oversee industrial mechanical installation and construction projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and supervise millwright crews on industrial construction and installation projects
- Coordinate daily work and keep projects moving safely and efficiently
- Perform millwright work including equipment installation, alignment, rigging, and maintenance
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and machinery
- Perform iron work, fabrication, cutting, fitting, and structural work
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, measurements, and job specifications
- Coordinate tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete projects
- Train, direct, and support crew members
- Monitor job quality and make sure work is completed correctly
- Communicate with customers, supervisors, and project management
- Troubleshoot problems and make decisions in the field
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
- Work alongside your crew and lead by example
- Take pride in doing the job right the first time

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in millwright work or related industrial mechanical trades
- Experienced leading or directing a crew
- Skilled in equipment installation, alignment, rigging, and mechanical work
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot problems
- Comfortable working with industrial equipment and machinery
- Able to read plans, drawings, and measurements
- Safety-minded and willing to hold the crew to a high safety standard
- Dependable and takes pride in their work
- Organized and able to keep a crew and project on track
- A strong communicator and team player
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in the field
- Willing to work hands-on alongside the crew
- Looking for a long-term career, not just another job

Requirements
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5+ years of millwright experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
· Strong background in agricultural equipment and grain-handling systems preferred.
· Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
· Excellent mechanical, welding, and troubleshooting skills.
· Strong leadership and communication abilities.
· Ability to accurately quote and track job costs.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites
