Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Manager by communicating sales quality measurements, trends, best practices, and improvement opportunities to sales agents in individual and group settings.
Monitor internal and external benchmarks to ensure sales procedures are adequate and compliant.
Assist the Operations Manager with audits and investigations to verify that corrective actions and change control have been implemented by sales teams.
Support investigations by compiling and managing files and monitoring the timely completion of corrective actions.
Collaborate with all departments to keep compliance requirements up to date.
Maintain quality-related training programs and the confidentiality of information.

The purpose of this role is to promote excellent sales quality and customer service by providing consistent monitoring measurements. The candidate will be working directly with Operation Manager to ensure that quality issues and escalations are communicated and handled appropriately.
Responsibilities of Sales Quality Assurance Specialist:
