Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • 8 years or more of graphic design experience on apparel or footwear.
  • High taste level and experience in fashion preferred.
  • Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
  • Master at translating insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple, competing priorities.
  • Master visual and verbal communication skills, able to effectively present design intent to internal and external audiences.
  • Master of design craft, innovation, graphic applications, prints, processes and tools.
  • Digital design acumen in Adobe CC and comfortable working within Digital tools/3D.
  • Ability to embrace diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity.
  • Passion for empowering our Athletes/Teams and making their dreams come true.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the graphic direction and strategy through the product creation process.
  • Work on groundbreaking, innovative Jordan apparel that will blend into footwear.
  • Work on concepts, and building out narratives that will inspire and influence both apparel and footwear.
  • Collaborate with design, development and business partners to ensure all details are recorded and delivered as presented.
  • Influence teams and contribute to the creative vision of Jordan apparel.
  • Drive graphic strategy and vision while working with multiple teams of designers, developers, and product managers.
  • Manage 3-4 designers.
