Responsibilities
  • The Crushing Superintendent oversees daily crushing activities and production schedules.
  • The Crushing Superintendent ensures compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • The Crushing Superintendent manages, coaches, and directs crushing crew members.
  • The Crushing Superintendent coordinates equipment, materials, and resources.
  • The Crushing Superintendent troubleshoots operational issues and optimizes production efficiency.
  • The Crushing Superintendent conducts daily reporting and communicates progress to management.
  • The Crushing Foreman directs daily tasks of operators, mechanics, and laborers.
  • The Crushing Foreman conducts safety meetings and inspections.
  • The Crushing Foreman assists with equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
  • The Crushing Foreman monitors production quality and output.
  • The Crushing Foreman maintains accurate logs and documentation.
  • The Loader Operator loads material into crushers and screen plants safely and efficiently.
  • The Loader Operator manages stockpiles and maintains clean working areas.
  • The Loader Operator performs daily equipment inspections.
  • The Loader Operator assists with minor equipment maintenance.
  • The Crusher Mechanic diagnoses and repairs mechanical issues on crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment.
  • The Crusher Mechanic performs preventative maintenance and component replacements.
  • The Crusher Mechanic inspects equipment daily to identify potential failures.
  • The Crusher Mechanic assists operators with machine adjustments.
  • The Crusher Operator operates crushers, screens, and conveyors.
