Requirements
  • A doctorate in clinical psychology.
  • State license or eligibility and appropriate state licensure.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience, which may include internships, externships, or fellowships.
  • Certification in good standing.
  • Knowledge of the behavioral health industry and its terminology.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement best practices related to training.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems, including Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and 40 or more hours per week.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and comply with practice policies and procedures.
  • Ability to perform the required physical activities, including prolonged standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and auditory and visual skills.
Responsibilities
  • Select, administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and complete psychological assessments.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations for individuals ages 1 to 21 using standardized assessments for autism and differential diagnosis.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment recommendations to families.
  • Provide high-quality and efficient clinical services and reports.
  • Participate in continuity of care for children evaluated and diagnosed.
  • Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary clinical team.
  • Provide clinical supervision to postdoctoral fellows, master's-level psychometricians, and doctoral externs in clinical psychology.
  • Plan and conduct weekly individual supervision sessions, including training, direct and indirect observation, and progress monitoring.
  • Plan and conduct weekly group supervision sessions involving case presentations, didactic presentations, and facilitated group interactions.
  • Review and provide feedback on test administration, scoring, and report writing.
  • Share observations with the Program Lead to monitor pre-licensed clinicians' performance and develop additional support plans.
  • Maintain supervision forms in an organized shared location according to clinical leadership direction, state mandates, and ethical guidelines.
  • Stay current with relevant ethical codes, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Provide post-diagnosis processing groups, participate in research projects and community outreach, and provide parent coaching as applicable to interest and experience.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Experience administering autism-specific assessment screeners and diagnostic tools, including ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIDGAS-2, CARS-2, Vineland, and SRS.
