Have 2–4 years of experience working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
Have an interest in working in a Catholic environment and a genuine connection to the mission; applicants of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome.
Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, including compassionate care in person and over the telephone.
Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
Have proficiency with computers, software, and technology.
Have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
Guide families through consultative, relationship-driven conversations about the Order of Christian Funerals and their options.
Work autonomously to build a path forward while being supported by the team.
Participate in arrangement meetings, committals, and parish outreach throughout families' experiences.
