  • Based in Los Angeles
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, talent management, partnership management, or other client services
  • Passionate about the digital ecosystem and familiar with top-tier content creators
  • Highly effective at using data and insights to shape proposals, negotiate with partners, and persuade others
  • Experience at a talent or management firm, influencer agency, social media company, or tech start-up is a plus
  • Sales and negotiation experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Snapchat Story Studio, and/or YouTube Studio is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned creators from initial signing through renewal
  • Drive creator satisfaction, expansion, and retention efforts
  • Coach creators by evaluating performance and providing valuable data, insights, and strategies for audience growth, engagement, and revenue
  • Identify, pitch, and negotiate new business opportunities tailored to creators' needs
  • Lead renewals, shape renewal strategy, prepare pitch materials, and participate in negotiations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve creator-related questions and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators and their representatives
  • Lead onboarding process for newly signed creators, capture important data, and deploy monthly reporting
  • Educate and guide creators on new offerings to maximize the value of their content
