  • Have recent and relevant experience in an emergency department.
  • Demonstrate strong stress management in crisis situations, rapid decision-making ability, and clinical rigor.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients presenting to the emergency department, conduct rapid clinical assessments and triage, and direct patients to appropriate care.
  • Provide required nursing care during critical situations, trauma, or acute medical emergencies.
  • Collaborate closely with the medical and interdisciplinary team to stabilize, treat, and direct patients.
  • Plan and coordinate care and interventions according to the unit's clinical priorities.
