Description
We're looking for a sharp, organised Inventory & Procurement Specialist to sit at the heart of our supply chain. You'll own demand forecasting, purchase order management, and supplier relationships — working closely with the Head of Inventory & Supply Growth to keep our global stock flowing smoothly across channels and markets.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll be the person who spots a stock risk before it becomes a problem, chases a supplier before a deadline slips, and keeps our inventory data clean and actionable.
What You'll Do
Demand Planning
Build and maintain demand forecasts across SKUs and markets, using sales data, seasonality, and promotional calendars
Monitor stock levels daily and flag risks — low stock, overstock, and slow movers — before they become expensive problems
Work with the e-commerce and sales teams to factor in campaigns, launches, and market trends into forecasting
Purchasing & Order Management
Raise and manage purchase orders from creation through to goods receipt
Track lead times, shipment progress, and delivery confirmations — following up proactively when things slip
Maintain accurate PO records in Odoo (or equivalent ERP) and ensure inventory data is always up to date
Supplier Relationships
Serve as a day-to-day contact for key suppliers — building reliable working relationships
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities where appropriate
Identify and onboard backup suppliers to reduce single-source risk
Reporting & Process
Produce regular inventory and purchasing reports for the Head of Inventory & Supply Growth
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest practical improvements
Support audits, stock counts, and reconciliations as needed
Requirements
Must-haves:

Detail-oriented with good instincts for when something looks off
Based in Malta and able to work from our office full-time
Nice to haves:
Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, health, or e-commerce
Exposure to Amazon FBA inventory management or multi-channel retail
Experience working across multiple international markets
