Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and networking within the organization’s industry to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.
  • Contacting identified candidates and conducting screening interviews.
  • Work closely with the recruiting leads, founders, and managers to comprehensively understand Rilla’s short- and long-term talent needs. Build a roadmap on how to achieve those goals.
  • Perform strategic analysis on staffing data, presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage JD calibration, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.
  • Utilize direct search techniques for candidate identification and guide them through recruitment.
  • Conduct regular audits of ATS data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Source an extensive pipeline through niche platforms, networking, referrals, and creative methods.
  • Support annual review of hiring activity, policies, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with recruiting contractors and agencies that Rilla collaborates with.
  • Actively contribute to developing best practices within the hiring team.
