Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients.
Respond quickly to new inbound leads.
Re-engage previous prospects and older opportunities.
Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers.
Ask questions to understand prospects' goals, challenges, and current situations.
Qualify prospects and book appointments for sales consultants.
Follow up through phone, text, email, and social media.
Manage opportunities and follow-up inside the customer relationship management system.
Work toward weekly and monthly targets.
Track performance numbers and continually work to improve performance.

Paul Gough Media is growing our sales team in Celebration, Florida, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us.
You might already have experience as an SDR or in outbound sales and be ready for your next challenge.
Or you might be earlier in your sales career, have some sales experience under your belt, and be looking for the company that will give you the opportunity to take the next step.
Either way, we’re looking for someone who is hungry, confident, competitive, coachable, and motivated to get better.
What You'll Be Doing
Your job is simple: start conversations with business owners and turn the right conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
You’ll speak directly with private healthcare business owners across the country, learn what’s happening inside their businesses, uncover challenges and opportunities, and determine whether Paul Gough Media can help.
On a typical day, you’ll:
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
Respond quickly to new inbound leads
Re-engage previous prospects and older opportunities
Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
Ask questions to understand their goals, challenges, and current situation
Qualify prospects and book appointments for our sales consultants
Follow up through phone, text, email, and social media
Manage your opportunities and follow-up inside our CRM
Work toward clear weekly and monthly targets
Track your numbers and continually work to improve your performance
This is a true outbound sales role.
You should be comfortable spending a significant part of your day on the phone and working in an environment where 150+ calls per day can be normal.

Sales
Outbound sales
Appointment setting
Business development
Lead generation
Recruitment
Inside sales
Another target-driven customer-facing position
Previous outbound calling experience is a strong advantage, but we're equally interested in people who have the raw ability and ambition to become great salespeople.

$45,000–$50,000 base salary, depending on experience
