Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing enablement, process improvement, project management, business operations, or a related discipline is required.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing marketing processes, workflows, and operating procedures to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability is required.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing technology-enabled solutions that enhance marketing planning, campaign execution, collaboration, reporting, and operational performance is required.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with marketing, technology, analytics, finance, and business stakeholders to drive operational improvements and achieve strategic objectives is required.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, change management principles, and governance practices is required, along with the ability to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Experience developing performance metrics, operational reporting, and process documentation to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and support continuous improvement efforts is required.
  • The role requires communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to long-term goals that support continued organizational growth and profitability.
  • Study, analyze, and monitor organizational activities internally and externally.
  • Coordinate and integrate division plans with organizational business goals and objectives.
  • Review and report performance against strategic plans, and advise on strategies based on those reviews.
  • Plan, organize, and implement assigned projects.
  • Determine project resources, scope, and execution; track milestones; establish timelines; and evaluate progress.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
  • Organize project teams and lead internal and external team members and stakeholders to deliver project goals.
  • Establish project communication plans and keep internal and external stakeholders informed about project processes and impacts.
  • Evaluate existing programs to identify improvements and measure outcomes.
  • Analyze and test current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collect data, perform root-cause analysis, and propose solutions aligned with current and future business needs.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs or presentations and recommend program revisions.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with organizational policy.
  • Manage complex cross-functional operations initiatives from planning through implementation, including scope, resources, dependencies, and intended outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and meet project goals.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve process consistency; drive implementation and track post-change effectiveness.
  • Advance digital and operational transformation initiatives by partnering with technology and functional leaders to modernize business processes and enable scalable, efficient operations.
