Responsibilities
Evaluate customers' casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and, when authorized, approve minimum amounts of comps and allowances such as rooms, food, beverages, event tickets, free play, airfare, or discounts.
Assist in maintaining and developing the property's customer base by meeting and interacting with customers.
Greet customers from assigned regions upon check-in and check-out and provide personalized service throughout their stay.
Process customer reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON management systems.
When authorized, grant marker authorization limits to qualifying customers.
Attend special event functions when appropriate to promote marketing efforts and greet customers.
Maintain the confidentiality of customer information by enforcing guest privacy and limiting information requests in accordance with company policies.
Resolve customer disputes and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
Comply with all local laws and Title 31 and attend mandatory compliance and training sessions.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Description
It is the primary responsibility of the Executive Host to assist in maintaining the property's casino customer base while expediting processes to ensure excellent customer service. The Executive Host will use appropriate judgment to execute casino customer requests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with NFP Marketing polices practices and procedures.
Schedule In this role, you will work 3:00pm-11:00pm, Thursday through Monday.
