Employees also volunteer with initiatives such as the Veterans Leadership Program Military Food Shares, Wreaths Across America, Cards for Heroes and Veterans Day events. The bank's commitment extends to military families through programs like the March of Dimes Military Baby Shower, which provides resources and essential items to families welcoming a new child. "This recognition reflects a commitment that reaches across our organization," said Susie Nicholson, chief human resources officer at S&T Bank.
