RN Clinical Nurse Manager - Home Health
About the job
- An active registered nurse license in New Mexico or a compact state is required.
- Home health experience is required.
- Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation and regulations is required.
- Leadership experience as a Clinical Manager, Supervisor, Lead RN, or similar is required.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and compliance standards is required.
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for home health nursing teams.
- Ensure OASIS accuracy, timeliness, and Medicare compliance.
- Coach and develop clinicians to improve documentation, quality, and outcomes.
- Lead case conferences and care coordination efforts.
- Monitor and drive performance metrics, quality scores, and regulatory readiness.
- Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
- Proven success improving STAR ratings or quality measures.
- Background managing high-volume home health caseloads or teams.
