What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing pharmacy team that delivers exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Build lasting relationships with patients while fostering a culture of personalized, compassionate pharmacy care.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription services while supporting meaningful clinical conversations and patient outcomes.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, workflow optimization, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team members and corporate pharmacy partners to drive clinical, operational, and financial success.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, expand patient care offerings, and enhance the overall patient experience.
• Champion clinical initiatives and community-focused programs, including point-of-care testing, women's health services, medication take-back programs, and other emerging healthcare services.
• Serve as a trusted healthcare resource, community partner, and leader within your store and local market.

Qualifications

Experience & Education: 

• The Pharmacist position requires a Bachelor's Degree and /or PharmD Degree(s) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Registered Pharmacist license in the State in which you will be employed
• Must understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Previous Pharmacy Management experience is preferred, but is not mandatory. Proven leadership skills and business acumen is preferred.
• This position requires the need to provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented.

Pay Range

USD $158,000.00 - USD $202,000.00 /Yr.
