  • Have experience supporting or selling software, analytics, artificial intelligence, modeling and simulation, cyber, digital mission capabilities, readiness technologies, or operational support solutions.

  • Build demand through mission engagement, demonstrations, pilots, prototypes, operational experimentation, and early adoption programs using a mission-focused solution sales approach.
  • Identify, qualify, and mature opportunities from early mission engagement through capture and proposal stages across applicable acquisition pathways, including Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer, Other Transaction Authorities, Commercial Solutions Openings, multiple-award contracts, and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts.
  • Build lasting strategic relationships across the Navy ecosystem, including fleet organizations, systems commands, program offices, warfare centers, and mission-support organizations.

  • Drive expansion within Navy organizations after initial wins by identifying additional mission users and applications and scaling adoption across commands and programs.
  • Advise operational and acquisition stakeholders on mission execution challenges, fleet readiness concerns, sustainment pressures, and modernization priorities.

  • Provide market intelligence on Navy mission priorities, sustainment requirements, modernization initiatives, readiness gaps, and emerging technology demands.
  • Translate Navy operational challenges into technology opportunities.
  • Position integrated capabilities that solve mission problems rather than selling individual products or services.

  • Create demand, shape opportunities, and drive long-term mission adoption through operational relevance and trusted engagement.
