Requirements
  • 6+ years of agency, consulting, brand manager, or similar professional services experience.
  • Proven agency-of-record experience as the lead contact, with the ability to forge and grow strong client relationships and lead a partner-agency roster.
  • Account or project management experience, especially with annual account relationships and/or highly technical or detail-oriented projects.
  • Ability to partner effectively with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure high-quality, strategically sound work that delivers on client objectives.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of agency financials, including creating statements of work and managing hourly reporting and resourcing.
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business problems.
  • Ability to manage and be accountable for client satisfaction, growth, and retention.
  • Desire to work on challenging problems that require flexibility in approach.
  • Ability to mentor junior Client Experience staff and provide career development support.
  • Ability to work across clients from industries including entertainment, financial services, and nonprofit organizations.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule, plan, and facilitate client-facing and internal project meetings, setting agendas, preparing materials, capturing and distributing minutes and action items, and managing follow-ups.
  • Develop, maintain, and rigorously track detailed project plans and timelines using appropriate project management tools.
  • Identify critical paths, monitor progress against milestones, communicate potential delays or risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Oversee project deliverables by ensuring they are clearly defined, meet quality standards, receive appropriate review, and are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the central link between clients and internal departments, facilitating communication, aligning efforts with client expectations, and resolving interdepartmental conflicts or bottlenecks.
  • Own end-to-end client engagement and ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and with continuous focus on maximizing value.
  • Use business and industry expertise to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Experiment with new ideas and approaches to address client requests and deliver strong outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and foster an environment that supports successful project execution.
  • Promote a positive, motivating work culture and strengthen team morale.
  • Mentor junior Client Experience staff, provide career development support, and model a growth mindset.
  • Work regularly from the New York office and participate in team, cross-functional, and client meetings.
