- Previous experience as a bellman or in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.

- Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading carefully and professionally during arrival and departure.
- Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas.
- Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
- Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services, and amenities to provide accurate information and directions to guests.
- Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols and procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated guest service.
- Monitor and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations.
- Proficiency in Arabic or additional languages.
