Responsibilities
Schedule daily manufacturing work using MRP software to optimize machine utilization and meet production deadlines.
Manage shop-floor personnel to meet individual productivity metrics.
Review production paperwork for accuracy before releasing it to the shop floor.
Oversee the CNC programming team.
Communicate with customers, colleagues, and vendors about all aspects of the production workflow.
Check and receive inbound materials.
Check and coordinate delivery of outbound materials.
Maintain production standards in accordance with the Quality Assurance Policy and perform intermittent and final quality checks.
Maintain a culture of safety and adhere to NCM Safety Policies.
Assist in troubleshooting machinery and coordinate external vendor or manufacturer repair teams as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Metals location based in Hicksville, NY is seeking an Operations Manager. In this role you will be responsible for oversight of a 30,000 SF Manufacturing facility. Prior experience in the sheet metal industry is not required, but is considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
