Requirements
  • Experience building a community, audience, or advocacy program for a business-to-business audience through online channels or a local community, with demonstrated growth.
  • Ability to execute a sustained mandate independently without regular supervision.
  • Experience representing a brand publicly and amplifying other people's voices, including content published under another person's name.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with revenue leaders and founders.
Responsibilities
  • Build daily relationships in communities where chief revenue officers, sales leaders, and revenue operations leaders gather, including LinkedIn, Reddit, Substack, and in-person communities.
  • Attend industry events, meetups, and community gatherings across North America and run community-building initiatives suited to the audience.
  • Amplify the voices of the chief executive officer and Head of Sales through ghostwritten content and warm introductions.
  • Grow the warm network that fills events with relevant decision-makers in each target city.
  • Share community insights with sales and marketing to inform positioning and event strategy.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience hosting events and serving as the public representative, including intimate dinners and conference activations.
  • Established relationships within go-to-market, sales, or revenue operations communities.
  • Experience in business-to-business community or brand work aimed at business-to-business buyers.
  • Comfortable working in both English and French.
