Requirements
  • A sincere interest and curiosity on how delivery processes operate (amazon, door dash, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiasm for problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic logistics environment.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous coursework or experience in supply chain and logistics is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Learn how to collaborate with logistics partners and couriers to prioritize and track deliveries.
  • Monitor delivery progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Learn how to assist in the efficient processing of orders, from order entry to fulfillment.
  • Expedite orders as needed to meet tight delivery deadlines.
  • Learn how to generate reports and provide insights to enhance logistics efficiency.
  • Assist in managing and expediting last-mile orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Learn to communicate with customers regarding order status, tracking information, and any delivery delays.
  • Assist in analyzing logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and delivery optimization.
