Requirements
At least one year of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician for retail, mall, or industrial buildings is required.
Must be able to travel to and from multiple properties as needed.
In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Problem-solving aptitude.
High school diploma.
Responsibilities
Complete work orders within designated time frames.
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
Perform maintenance of electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and sockets and cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels.
Maintain and repair plumbing and heating components.
Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and controllers.
Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts, and other building systems.
Maintain grounds and curb appeal to company and client standards.
Perform manual repairs when necessary, including fixing locks and replacing windows.
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
Be on call for emergencies.
Desired Qualifications
Any additional relevant certification, such as Electrical or CMRP, is an advantage.

Qualifications
Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for retail/ mall and industrial buildings for (1) year(s) - Required
Must be able to travel to and from multiple properties on a as needed basis - Required
Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (Electrical, CMRP etc.)

Additional Information
Properties located throughout Orange County, Redondo Beach, and Los Angeles
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM, with occasional early start times (7:00 AM) as needed. On call for any emergencies
