Requirements
  • Two to five years of experience in software or machine learning engineering, including at least one to two years of hands-on production experience building large language model-based or agentic AI systems.
  • Experience shipping AI features to real end users.

Responsibilities
  • Build, ship, and scale an internal AI assistant from limited beta to full organizational deployment, including usage tracking, feature development, and continuous improvement based on real user behavior.
  • Develop conversational memory and chat history, internet search integration, voice input, image generation, and natural-language data querying features.
  • Instrument AI products with telemetry and analytics to track adoption, identify drop-off points, and prioritize improvements based on evidence.
  • Maintain reliability, response quality, and user experience across AI products in production.
  • Design and build multi-step agentic AI workflows that automate commercial operations, including task tracking, competitive pricing analysis, campaign performance monitoring, and marketing spend optimization.
  • Build human-in-the-loop interfaces that allow business users to review, approve, or override AI-generated recommendations before action is taken.
  • Develop automated alert and routing systems that surface AI-driven insights to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Integrate AI agents with internal data platforms, enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management tools, and third-party application programming interfaces.
  • Evaluate emerging AI platforms and tools against specific business use cases and produce structured assessments and recommendations for leadership.
  • Define prompt engineering standards, system prompt versioning, and model evaluation frameworks across AI products.
  • Implement guardrails, fallback handling, and monitoring for production AI agents to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Stay current on the AI landscape and bring relevant ideas and tools to the team.
  • Contribute to internal AI training programs to help non-technical teams understand and adopt AI tools.
  • Run workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to build AI literacy across the organization.
  • Document AI systems so the broader engineering team can maintain and extend them.
