WelbeHealth provides comprehensive care services specifically designed for older adults. The company uses the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, which combines medical, social, and long-term care services for seniors who prefer to live at home rather than in nursing facilities. This model allows WelbeHealth to create personalized care plans that cater to the individual needs and preferences of each patient, developed in collaboration with patients and their families. Unlike many competitors, WelbeHealth focuses on a holistic approach that integrates various services such as medical care, physical therapy, social activities, and transportation, ensuring that seniors receive well-rounded support. The goal of WelbeHealth is to enhance the quality of life for elderly clients, helping them maintain their independence while receiving the care they need.
