Requirements
  • Have a post-secondary degree in Communications, Journalism or related field, and 2+ years professional experience in internal/corporate/employee communications
  • Proven ability to create content and craft key messages related to employee/human resources matters
  • Outstanding listening and communications skills, both written and oral
  • Confident at influencing at all levels of the organization with superior interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in multiple forms of communications technologies and approaches
  • Expert writer in internal and employee communications that are engaging and informative
  • Adaptable, proactive, deadline-driven, results-oriented, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate expert proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office Applications
  • Experience in supporting change management process
  • Self-starter, able to work with general direction and exercise independent judgment
  • Embrace lifelong learning
  • Aware of and mitigate enterprise risk factors and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, legislation, and Achievers policies and procedures
Responsibilities
  • Create compelling messaging and positioning for different target audiences of the Achievers product
  • Develop persuasive communication campaigns to drive program usage and adoption
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations to stakeholders
  • Support the planning and execution of customer campaigns under the paid service model
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication of messaging related to the product
  • Create material to enable program administrators to successfully run their Achievers program through thoughtful communications strategies
