  • 2+ years of professional experience in internal/corporate/employee communications
  • Proven ability to create content and craft key messages related to employee/human resources matters

  • Proficient in multiple forms of communications technologies and approaches
  • Expert writer in internal and employee communications

  • Expert proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office Applications
  • Experience in supporting change management process
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with general direction and exercise independent judgment

Responsibilities
  • Create compelling messaging and positioning for different target audiences
  • Develop persuasive communication campaigns to drive program usage and adoption
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations to stakeholders
  • Support planning and execution of customer campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication of messaging
  • Create material to enable program administrators to successfully run Achievers program
